I have the Anolon Professional Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Piece cookware set and I can tell you not only does the cookware heat evenly and quickly, but also cleaning it is a breeze. I use just my liquid dish soap and a scrub sponge and basically just wipe the pot or pan out. The Anolon 81845 set is one that will look good for years because it’s so easy to keep clean. I find I can cook many dishes on medium heat, thus saving energy and money. The cookware is therefore better for the environment and the bottom line- you can’t beat that

“One of the big selling points for me for this set is the fact that they are oven safe to 500 degrees. I have a few recipes I use all the time that start out on the stove and then move into a 375 or 400 oven, or finish under the broiler and this set can take that. I can agree. The Anolon 81845 set has handles that don’t get overly hot. This is a feature I especially like when I make soups or stews, or when I have to flip a pan around to cook eggs evenly. Another reviewer who has the set for over eight years wrote:

“I have friends and family that ordered similar sets from other manufacturer’s, such as Calphalon, and this set by Analon is far superior. Their sets lasted just a few years, if even that. Nothing is perfect and that includes the Anolon Professional Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Piece cookware set. One drawback I find is the set is a bit heavy. Some people might think that being heavy is an advantage for the Anolon 81845 set, because then it’s less likely to tip over while they’re manipulating food during the cooking process. Another drawback I personally found is that I had to buy non-metal cooking utensils when I got the Anolon 81845 set, to be sure not to scratch the insides. The investment was worth it for the easy cleaning I now have.

People spend hundreds of dollars on cookware. When I went looking for a soup pot, I saw single pots that sold for more than the entire Anolon Professional Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Piece cookware set. Those soup pots had no more features or were no better made than the Anolon 81845 set I bought instead, and I have more pots and pans for more cooking pleasure. I can’t believe some people would pay hundreds of dollars for a single pot that has nothing more going for it than these Anolon pots. In conclusion, if you’re in the market for new cookware for yourself or someone you know, you really should do yourself a favor and buy the Anolon Professional Hard Anodized Nonstick 12-Piece cookware set; you’ll be glad you did.
